PSG are in contract negotiations with Jan Oblak

PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique has in recent weeks been in increasingly serious discussions with Miha Mlakar, the agent of Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak, about a possible summer transfer, according to our colleagues at Paris United.

Initial contract discussions have centred around a broad-brush salary agreement worth €14m a year pre-tax with a €10m signing bonus.

PSG do not want to pay the player’s €100m release clause, but intend to make a substantial opening offer for Oblak that one can imagine will be worth around €75m.

Without a doubt, Oblak is PSG’s number one summer transfer window target.
