Official | Cheikh M’Bengue joins St Étienne

Senegalese full-back Cheikh M’Bengue has completed a free transfer to St Étienne this morning after his previous deal with fellow Ligue 1 outfit Rennes expired last month.

M’Bengue, who had offers from Turkey and Germany, decided to remain in the French top flight and signs a three year deal with Les Verts, which, if fulfilled, will take him to age 30.
