Sunday: Monaco vs Toulouse (13:00 GMT)

Monaco have the chance to move three points clear in second if they beat Toulouse at the Stade Louis II on Sunday. The hosts have been in good form of late, losing just one of their last 15 league outings. They head into this match third in the standings, level on goal difference with Nice, but Leonardo Jardim will know that Monaco have the chance to establish themselves in second place if they continue their good run of results.

Toulouse, on the other hand, are struggling at the bottom end of the table. The visitors are currently second from bottom, although they will move out of the relegation zone if they were to claim an unlikely victory in this match, and head into the game on the back of a narrow 1-0 defeat to PSG last weekend.

Earlier this season, these two sides drew 1-1 at the Stadium Municipal.

Sunday: Reims vs St Etienne (16:00 GMT)

Struggling Reims face a tough match against St Etienne at the Stade Auguste Delaune on Sunday afternoon. The home side are in the midst of a terrible run of results, winning only one of their last 13 league games, and have plummeted down the table as a result, falling from fourth to 17th since September. They currently sit inside the relegation zone, albeit on goal difference only, but manager Olivier Guegan knows his side need to turn their form around if they are to avoid being cast adrift at the bottom.

St Etienne, meanwhile, are seventh in the standings and can move into the top four with a victory here. They head into this match on the back of last weekend’s 1-0 derby victory over Lyon and manager Christophe Galtier will be hoping his side can carry that momentum into this game.

Earlier this season, St Etienne brushed aside Reims 3-0 at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.

Sunday: Lyon vs Marseille (20:00 GMT)

Lyon and Marseille clash at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais with both sides aiming to move closer to the European qualifications spots. The hosts haven’t been in the best of form of late, winning just one of their last eight in the league. A 4-1 win over Troyes two weeks ago looked like it could have been a turning point for Lyon, but any optimism was soon dampened by last weekend’s derby defeat to St Etienne.

Marseille, though, head into this match on an eight league game unbeaten streak and impressively beat Caen 3-1 away from home last weekend. Both Lyon and Marseille have under achieved so far this campaign, but due to the tightness of Ligue 1, both can still realistically finish in the top six with a run of good results.

Earlier this season, these two sides drew 1-1 in an ill-tempered affair at the Stade Velodrome. Alexandre Lacazette opened the scoring, but Karim Rekik equalised for 10-man Marseille after Romain Alessandrini had been sent off.
