A 19 YO Gangraped In Moving Train, Consumes Poison To End Her Life, Hospitalised

In a shocking incident, a 19-year-old girl from Punjab was gang-raped by two men in a running train between Muri and Ranchi in Jharkhand, the police said.

The girl who is from Fazilka was travelling alone in Anand Vihar-Ranchi Swarna Jayanti Express on February 6 night when the crime took place, she told police. The girl was deeply traumatised and didn’t tell anyone at a convent where she had been living. Two days after she consumed poison to end herself, but was saved. The New Indian Express reported.
