Last summer, strength & conditioning coach Sean Hayes was doing wrestling impressions in the Houston Texans NFL locker room filmed for HBO’s “Hard Knocks” series.
This summer, Hayes is doing impressions for the NXT roster after recently being hired to WWE’s Performance Center.
Hayes was one of the stars of last year’s “Hard Knocks” series when cameras routinely filmed him giving “motivational speeches” to Texans players in the form of wrestling promos.
WWE highlighted Hayes’s skills on Monday when Hayes did an impersonation of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for attendees of the latest “All-Access” event at the Performance Center.
Hayes is no longer listed on the Texans’s coaching staff roster, having been replaced on the 2016 staff by other strength & conditioning coaches after Hayes took a job with WWE.
