WWE SmackDown LIVE:

– There is a cage hanging above the ring.

– The New Day announces that they are entering The 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble Match.

– Samoa Joe def. Jeff Hardy.

– SmackDown LIVE will be headlined by AJ Styles vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Samoa Joe vs. Randy Orton vs. Mustafa Ali with the winner getting a title bout against Daniel Bryan at The Royal Rumble PPV Event.

– Rusev celebrates his WWE United States Title win but was attacked by Shinsuke Nakamura.

– Sonya Deville def. Naomi. They ran an angle where Mandy Rose sent Jimmy Uso sexy photos of herself to try and steal him away from Naomi.

– In a backstage segment, AJ Styles refuses to apologize for hitting Vince McMahon last week. Shane McMahon is there too.

– John Cena comes out for a promo but Becky Lynch comes out to interrupt and says that she is the man now and would be replacing him. Zelina Vega & Andrade “Cien” Almas would come out and that would set up a tag team bout.

– Becky Lynch & John Cena def. Zelina Vega & Andrade “Cien” Almas when Vega taps to The Dis-Arm-Her. Lynch tosses Cena out of the ring.

– The Miz wants Shane McMahon to dress as him when they team.

– Backstage, Carmella, Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair would make their case for a title shot. Triple H then says that he will make a decision as to who will challenge Asuka for The SmackDown Women’s Title at a later date.

– AJ Styles def. Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton, Mustafa Ali & Samoa Joe to earn a title shot at The Royal Rumble PPV, pinning Orton.

WWE 205 Live:
