Lucha Bros to WWE Update, Bound for Glory Main Event, Credible
The Lucha Bros have been dominant on the independent circuit over the past few years, and both Pentagon Jr and Fenix are currently experiencing success in promotions such as Impact Wrestling and Lucha Underground, but there has reportedly been interest from WWE in signing the Lucha Libre stars as soon as they become free agents in 2019. The brothers have reportedly already been unable to confirm certain 2019 dates with promoters, and Major League Wrestling just sent out a very interesting message that could indicate where Pentagon and Fenix may be headed. The promotion is teasing that a “monumental moment” is in store for both of them in 2019 and fans will get to see what’s “nxt” very soon, perhaps signaling that Pentagon and Fenix will join WWE’s developmental system next year.
It’s been an incredible 2018 for the #LuchaBros!
And a monumental moment is on the horizon for @ReyFenixMx and @PENTAELZEROM as we hear what 2019 holds for them.

Impact Wrestling has now begun preparing for its biggest pay-per-view of the entire year: Bound for Glory. The long-running event has featured some fantastic matches over the years and some great main events, and it looks like the promotion has just confirmed this year’s match that will close out the 2018 Bound for Glory event. As seen on this week’s edition of Impact, Johnny Impact was attacked by Austin Aries, Moose, and Killer Kross. As a result, it has just been announced that Austin Aries will be putting his Impact World Championship on the line in a match against Impact at Bound for Glory. That match, and several others that have yet to be announced, will all be taking place on October 14th.

Former WWE Superstar Justin Credible has just had another unfortunate run-in with the law. Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Credible was arrested earlier this week for violating a restraining order. Credible was also arrested last month for violating a protective order. The former ECW wrestler’s past battles with addiction are well-documented, and he was also involved in a domestic dispute incident last year with his wife, but there is no word on whether or not these two events are related in any way at the moment. Wrestling Inc later posted that Credible is being held at the New Haven Correctional Center in Connecticut and that he currently has a court date set for October 1st where his past arrests will be addressed.
