Carmella has continued to hold the Money in the Bank briefcase after winning the first-ever women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. She won the match with help from James Ellsworth, but later put her briefcase on the line and won it again on her own. Carmella has tried to cash her contract in on a few occasions, but a new report from Brad Shepard of Bodyslam.net is claiming that Carmella will finally be receiving her title match at WrestleMania in April. The rumored match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship involves Charlotte Flair defending against Asuka. Either way, the report mentions that Carmella will likely lose if she cashes in her title shot at the event.
For the past few months, filmmaker Jon Bravo has stated that he will be releasing evidence linking Raw Superstar Roman Reigns as a client of jailed steroid distributor Richard Rodriguez. Roman has denied every knowing Rodriguez, but Bravo still persists that he will be releasing the evidence shortly. His latest teaser online shows that he may have information on former WWE Superstar Luther Reigns being linked to the investigation. Despite some suggesting that Bravo may have confused the two since both are named “Reigns,” he recently released a message confirming that he is researching them both. Bravo now claims that his investigation is complete and will be released when we least expect it.

Rich Swann was a former Cruiserweight Champion and featured performer on the 205 Live roster in WWE, but he was released from the company earlier this year not long after being arrested for a domestic violence incident involving his wife. Swann recently announced on Twitter that he will be retiring from wrestling after he fulfills the independent wrestling dates that he had begun lining up for himself after being let go from WWE. F4WOnline has since reported that Swann has already cancelled all of his appearances on the upcoming shows that he was advertised for. For right now, it appears that Rich Swann has indeed retired from professional wrestling.
