Injury Report Coming Out Of Money In The Bank; Lars Sullivan, Mysterio & More

While nothing appears to be too serious, there were several minor injuries at Sunday night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Rey Mysterio was checked out backstage after winning the WWE United States Championship from Samoa Joe. It’s believed he may have suffered some kind of shoulder injury, but we don’t have any more information at this time. Joe was also busted open badly during the match, and may have broken his nose.

Lars Sullivan received a pretty sick gash on the top of his head during his total squash of all three Lucha Brothers. It looked bad enough at the time that he likely required stitches.

Regarding Carmella, who was helped to the back in the middle of the Money in the Bank ladder match , only to return later on, it’s believed that her “injury” was just a planned part of the match to get the big reaction when she walked back down the ramp.
