Becky Lynch Claims “Asuka Deserves Better” After Flair’s Surprise Title Win

This week’s SmackDown had a huge surprise as Charlotte Flair defeated Asuka to become the new SmackDown Live Women’s Champion, and Becky Lynch commented on the major victory.

The unadvertised match took everyone by surprise and has obviously thrown a major spanner in the works of the WrestleMania 35 main event, with two championships now being in the match.

It is still unknown whether both titles will be defended and unified or if it will just be Ronda Rousey’s Raw Women’s Championship on the line, but the only member of the triple threat without a title, Becky Lynch, had plenty to say on Flair’s win.

The Man immediately took to Twitter following the title change, stating that Charlotte Flair did even less to earn that title opportunity than she did to get the WrestleMania match, stating that Asuka deserves better.

She did less to earn that title shot than the Wrestlemania one. Asuka deserves so much better.
