Après s’être accordé quelques mois de repos, à la suite de la naissance de son troisième enfant en avril dernier, Kate Middleton semble bel et bien de retour. Ce jeudi 8 novembre 2018, la duchesse de Cambridge était au côté de son époux pour une nouvelle soirée de gala. Le prince William et sa femme étaient les invités stars des Tusk Conservation Awards à Banqueting House de Londres, une organisation dont le duc de Cambridge est le Royal Patron depuis maintenant treize ans.
Pour l’occasion, Kate Middleton est apparue radieuse dans une robe du soir turquoise en soie et dentelle, signée d’une de ses créatrices favorites, Jenny Packham. Une pièce qui met tout autant en valeur son teint que sa taille particulièrement fine, six mois seulement après avoir donné naissance au prince Louis. Jus détox et entraînements intensifs ont visiblement payé, tant et si bien que la duchesse peut porter une robe dans laquelle elle s’était glissée avant ses trois grossesses.

Last night The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the Tusk Conservation Awards 2018. The #TuskAwards celebrate the extraordinary work of individuals who are protecting endangered wildlife in Africa. Their Royal Highnesses met all the award nominees and supporters of Tusk before The Duke presented three Conservation Awards… Tusk Award for Conservation to Vincent Opyene who has single-handedly changed how Uganda addresses the illegal wildlife trade, risking his life on a daily basis to combat wildlife trafficking and to bring criminals to justice. The Tusk Wildlife Ranger Award to Julius Obwona for his leadership in Murchison Falls, Uganda which has led to the prosecution of 720 suspects involved in wildlife related crimes, and the number of elephants killed by poachers has dropped from three a day to three a month. The Prince William Award for Conservation in Africa to Pete Morkel in recognition of his successful work in relocating a range of wildlife including rhino, elephant and giraffe.
