Alexa Bliss’ Recent ‘Minor Cosmetic Surgery’ Revealed, Possible Spoiler On Title Matches at Greatest Royal Rumble

As noted, Alexa Bliss did not travel with the WWE Raw crew to South Africa for the recent tour of the company, and she was not very physical during the 10 woman tag team main event of WWE Raw this week. It was noted that Bliss missed the tour due to “minor cosmetic surgery”.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Bliss was not very active in this week’s Raw main event as she recently underwent breast augmentation surgery. The surgery was also why Bliss did not travel with the Raw crew to South Africa.

Possible Spoiler On Title Matches at Greatest Royal Rumble

In other news, Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that fans can expect to see several title changes at the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia on Friday, although it was not mentioned exactly which titles will be changing hands.

New Raw Tag Team Champions will obviously be crowned as the titles are currently vacant, meaning either The Bar or The Deleter of Worlds will capture the gold.

Every other WWE Title is on the line at the event, with the exception of the women’s titles due to the women not competing, and Meltzer added fans are “going to get some [title]changes for sure” at the event.
