Prime Minister, Narendra Modi too congratulated the Asiad winners advising them not to lose concentration and prepare for even a better performance in the upcoming Olympic games to be held in 2020 in Tokyo.

Indian Army Chief, Bipin Rawat also congratulated the winners on the sidelines of an event organised on Wednesday saying that international exposure is crucial to winning big in the upcoming summer Olympics. Rawat further said that he spoke to the players and they said that they wanted continuous International exposure which will boost their confidence and relieve them of stage fright.
