WWE is said to be expecting lawsuits to be filed related to the controversy that led to Bill DeMott resigning from the company.

WWE was said to be well aware of the controversy, but didn’t expect so many people to come forward, with the belief being that most wouldn’t speak out in hopes of leaving the door open to return to WWE one day.
