Change to Dusty Classic, Iconic Duo Update, Rousey at PC Photo

It was just announced on NXT earlier this week that the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament would be returning. Only a few days later, WWE then decided to release the official brackets for the tournament. Those brackets largely remain the same, but a change was made recently that could end up changing the entire tournament. It appears that the planned SAnitY vs. Tino Sabbatelli & Riddick Moss match and Authors of Pain vs. TM61 match have officially been moved to the opposite sides of the brackets. This could possibly end up helping some fans predict the outcome of the upcoming matches a bit more easily. Take a look at some of the changes made in the brackets.

Two of the most popular women in all of NXT at the moment have got the be the Iconic Duo (consisting of Peyton Royce and Billie Kay.) Despite their popularity, neither of the two Australian wrestlers have competed in an NXT match at all since November. WWE recently updated Billie Kay’s profile on WWE.com with a new image (which has since been changed back) and fans noticed a bit of a change in her appearance. The latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter has since confirmed that Kay recently underwent breast augmentation surgery. While the report did not specify it, the belief is that Royce also underwent the same procedure. The procedure typically advises against doing any heavy lifting for up to six weeks.
Ronda Rousey officially confirmed that she has indeed signed a deal with WWE and she will be working as a WWE Superstar going forward. Rousey has not been seen on Raw or Smackdown at all ever since, but she will be officially joining the Raw brand during tonight’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Recent reports from earlier in the week have claimed that Rousey has finished her work on filming the upcoming Mile 22 film (the main reason she has not been on television) and that she has been training at the WWE Performance Center once again. Those reports now definitely appear to be accurate as an image of her and fellow trainers and NXT wrestlers at the PC recently got out online. This means that Rousey is probably very close to fighting in the wrestling ring for the first time.
