Macerata and Trentino unbeaten in Serie A

After 3rd round Lube and Itas with 9 points stay leaders of the Italian Serie A. This weekend did not bring any points to Yoga Forli’ and San Giustino that close the classification.

This match was really fast and without a story. Only in the 3rd set Monza was an equal opponent. We’ve seen a high quality of Sala and Della Lunga, that became the MVP of the match thanks to 60% in attack and 4 aces.
 
Lube Banca Marche Macerata gained the 3rd victory without lost any set. After Vibo Valentina and Monza they beat RPA San Giustino in 3 sets (25-23, 25-20, 25-23). That gives them the first place (next to Trentino) in the classification with 9 points. The most efficient player in the court was the captain Omrcen with 19 points. In the team of San Giustino the best was Maric with 14 points and 48% in attack.

In other results Andreoli Latina won over Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentina in 3 sets (25-19, 25-19, 33-31). As the MVP of this match has been chosen Kovacevic with 19 points. Copra Morpho Piacenza has beaten Casa Modena 3-0 (25-18, 25-23, 25-20). MVP: Marcus Popp (14 points).
