Mumbai Petrol Price Goes Up To Rs 87.77/Litre, Delhi @ 80.38, Other States Also Feel The Heat

The demand for global crude oil, incessant rise in its price in a fortnight and weakening of rupee against the U.S dollar has burnt a hole in pockets of Indian residents.

Fuel prices skyrocketed again as the petrol price in New Delhi stood at Rs 80.38 per litre, while diesel costed Rs 72.51 per litre on September 08. A price hike of 39 paise and 44 paise per litre was implemented on petrol and diesel, said the Indian Oil Corporation, reported ANI.
