Neymar to end his 13-year partnership with Nike

UOL in Brazil report that PSG attacker Neymar has made the decision to end his 13-year long collaboration with Nike, in a major sportswear sponsorship shake-up.

The Brazilian’s contract with Nike will end on 31st August, with the outlet claiming that this association is coming to an end because the pair could not agree on a remuneration package that both parties were comfortable with.

As a result, the 28-year-old will become the subject of a bidding war from other sportswear firms who will vie for his signature.

RMC report that Puma have agreed a deal with the Brazilian to take over from Nike.
