Paige Continues to Tease Bringing Contenders to Face The IIconics

One of the big surprise reveals on SmackDown Live from Barclays Center in Brooklyn this week came with the return of former SmackDown General Manager Paige, who vowed to bring dangerous competition to the Blue Brand to challenge the new Women’s Tag Team Champions, The IIconics. 
Paige hyped her return by tweeting prompts for fans to guess who she’s bringing with her to face Peyton Royce and Billie Kay. The WWE also released a WWE Now video promoting her return and the tag team she will bring with her. This continues a trend in which Paige has helped young women’s wrestlers make the transition from NXT to the main roster. She worked with 8-time women’s champion Charlotte and reigning RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch in the PCB faction when they first got promoted. Paige also formed Absolution with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville to help with their transition to the main roster.
