Rachael Ellering Confirms Status for Stardom 5 STAR Grand Prix Following Mae Young Classic Announcement

As previously noted, Rachael Ellering will be returning for her second Mae Young Classic tournament this year, announced as a part of the final five competitors alongside former Knockouts Champion Sienna, developmental talent Xia Li and more.

Shortly after the announcement, Ellering confirmed on Twitter that despite being involved she still plans to compete in the Stardom Five Star Grand Prix, the Japanese promotion’s annual round robin tournament which runs from August 18th to September 30th.

WWE will be taping the Mae Young Classic next week on August 8-9th at Full Sail University, which will take care of everything but the final match of the tournament, which of course will be held at WWE Evolution on October 28th. As of right now, there do not appear to be any conflicting dates between the two promotions.
