Rafaël Leão (AC Milan) & Nicolas Pépé (Arsenal) to undergo medicals tomorrow

Two of Lille’s most promising attackers are going to undergo medicals tomorrow as their exits from the Northern France side edge ever closer.

L’Équipe report that 24-year-old Ivorian winger Nicolas Pépé will have a medical with Arsenal tomorrow afternoon after all remaining details were agreed between all relevant parties throughout today (Monday). The deal is €80m excluding bonuses, Pépé will sign a 5-year contract with The Gunners should the medical checks go as planned.

Rafael Leão in the meantime has already arrived in Italy ahead of a move to AC Milan for €35m. Lille signed the player from Sporting Portugal last summer on a free transfer and the 20-year-old Portuguese prospect had six offers 12 months later. His personal preference was AC Milan.
