U.K. independent promotion Preston City Wrestling has withdrawn from a working relationship with Ring of Honor.

PCW recently announced that they attempted to collaborate with ROH on a big weekend tour in November following ROH’s “Reach for the Sky” tour.

However, PCW felt that there was a “break down in our relationship,” prompting PCW to withdraw from working with ROH. Notably, PCW says they informed ROH on August 21 of their decision not to work together anymore, and ROH has yet to reply three weeks later.

“I had been promised that ROH will push the PCW/ROH dates of November 25 and 26 but still there was no mention of the shows on their social media or website,” PCW ownership wrote on their website. “It’s clear they are going to favour their own shows but when I am told something I expect it as the money I was contributing towards travel is not something that PCW can afford to throw away.”

PCW was also previously informed that top ROH stars would not be available for the shows the following weekend, making it less desirable to promote ROH’s presence on the shows.

Another sticking point was ROH running Liverpool, U.K. on November 18 – the same day as PCW running Liverpool at a different venue. Both sides were unable to reach an agreement on ROH running head-to-head with PCW in the same market.

Now, PCW is working with WXW in Germany and CZW and Beyond Wrestling in the U.S. to promote three super-shows on Nov. 25 and 26.

UPDATE: ROH released the following statement when asked for a response to PCW’s decision.
